As an Online Advertising Executive, your primary role is to proactively generate revenue by selling local advertising and services for our extensive group of media networks.

Feature Program Manager:
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Program Manager who has designed and delivered end-to-end multiple interactive end-user features on high traffic web sites. DataSphere has built a highly scalable and flexible platform for delivering rich web experiences across many verticals including real estate, media and e-commerce. The Feature PM will be responsible for working with the development team to develop and deploy end-user features that can be used across many of these verticals, pulling from the latest ideas and technologies on the web (social networking, Twitter, AJAX, etc).
What We Need:
- 4+ years delivering successful end-user features on high traffic web sites through requirements, design/spec, development and deployment phases
- Ability to manage and ship many features on different release schedules
- A proven track record for coordinating Product Management, Development, Test and Ops teams to ship features on schedule and within budget
- Familiar with the latest Web UI technologies (XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, jscript, etc) and understand how their capabilities and limitations apply to successful end-user features and business requirements
- Ability to benchmark leading sites in different segments (social networking, e-commerce, media, etc) and apply user features across new verticals
- Familiar with back-end Internet technologies on Windows and/or LAMP

Lead Marketing Coordinator:
Position and Responsibilities:
We’re looking for a Lead Marketing Coordinator to join one of the fastest growing Internet companies in Seattle. Your primary responsibilities will be to 1) create advertisements for our customers and 2) make improvements to the ad building process that result in efficiency gains and improved customer satisfaction (for both internal and external customers).
As the lead member on a team of 4 marketing coordinators, you will be responsible for managing your team’s goals and objectives, which include:
- Improving the quality of the advertisements.
- Reducing the time required to build ads.
- Improving the ad scheduling process (make it easier/faster to schedule ads).
You will be working closely with the sales team, the customer retention team and the product teams. Due to the high volume of work, it’s important that you have strong project management skills.
A Successful Candidate Will Have:
- 4+ years of professional experience in a marketing or design team.
- Experience managing a team.
- Experience with Adobe PhotoShop.
- Attention to detail (you double-check your work).
- Solid understanding of Internet Advertising.

- Experience with ad serving and data tracking technologies (e.g. Google Ad Manager, DART, ATLAS, Google Analytics).

Position and Responsibilities:
VP - Inside Sales, will report to the CEO, and will be responsible for growing the overall sales revenue of the company worldwide. She/he will be responsible for scaling the current multi-million dollar annual revenue to $100 Million+ dollars.
Specific responsibilities:
- Direct and coordinate all aspects of company sales functions - create customer prospecting strategies, develop and coordinate sales selling methodology.
- Manage, grow and improve effectiveness of inside sales teams and overall sales operations both in the US and abroad.
- Develop and direct inside sales managers and sales personnel by hiring, training and leading the best qualified people, utilizing effective communication, motivational and coaching techniques.
- Supervise the preparation, issuance, and delivery of sales materials.
- Establish performance management and compensation plans for all sales personnel including salary structures, commission plans, sales contests and bonus plans.
- Work with product and marketing teams to develop new products for monetization.
- Develop and implement customer retention strategies and plans.
- Create and foster a highly energized sales culture that enables high performance.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of growing sales from multi-million to hundreds of millions of dollars for small/medium business products through inside sales .
- Strong business acumen with analytical ability to assess the business and drive the organization forward.
- Awesome inside sales leadership skills with proven track record of building successful teams and overall sales processes and operations.
- Call center management and small/medium business sales experience.
- Experience with large scale web based systems utilizing Microsoft IIS.
- Ability to lead strategically as well as tactically.
- Direct experience and network of contacts in the media and local ad market.
- Strong negotiation, analytical problem-solving, and ideal structuring skills.
- Excellent communication and oral presentation skills.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- BS/BA required - MBA preferred.
